Biography

Deanna Lamb, PhD, serves as Chief Academic Officer at Revere Bible College, where she provides executive leadership for academic strategy, curriculum oversight, faculty development, and institutional effectiveness. She holds a PhD in Higher Education with a concentration in Leadership and Policy from Walden University, along with a Master of Philosophy in Education, a Master of Arts in Counseling, and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Her doctoral research examined student persistence and program completion, reflecting a long‑standing professional focus on student success, academic quality, and mission‑driven educational outcomes. Dr. Lamb brings more than a decade of senior academic leadership experience, including service as a program director and corporate academic leader across multiple postsecondary institutions.

In addition to her CAO role, Dr. Lamb has extensive experience in teaching, faculty mentoring, accreditation alignment, and academic policy development. She has presented at professional conferences, contributed scholarly book reviews, and served in consultative and advisory roles with educational institutions. Her professional affiliations have included long‑term membership in state and national professional associations, as well as participation in educator consortiums and leadership institutes. Beyond higher education, Dr. Lamb has a strong record of community and faith‑based service, including nearly two decades in pastoral leadership and involvement in nonprofit community initiatives.
