Steven is a proven entrepreneur and gifted public speaker who serves as the Lead and Founding Pastor of Redemption Church, which opened in 2016. The 1,600-person congregation operates out of Monclova, Ohio. He is also the Founder and President of Revere Bible College. In addition to his work as a pastor, Steven is a co-owner and managing partner of several Toledo-area brands, including Urban Air, Snapology, and Revitalize Fitness.

Steven attended both Hillsdale College and the University of Toledo, where he studied international business and politics. He left college before graduation to pursue full-time ministry and has continued his education through self-study, ministry, and entrepreneurship. Steven is married to his wife, Lindsay, and together they have four children: Reagan, August, Shay, and Titus.
