Common Questions
Are the programs at Revere accredited?
Not yet. Revere Bible College is pursuing accreditation through a national institutional accrediting agency for Christian post-secondary institutions, colleges, universities, and seminaries that is recognized by both the United States Department of Education (USDOE) and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
The accreditation process begins with the enrollment of students and the careful monitoring of student outcomes, institutional policies, curriculum assessment, faculty development, and administrative processes.
Currently, the institution is not certified by the Chancellor of the Ohio Department of Higher Education or the State of Ohio.
Can Revere graduates transfer any credits to other institutions?
Revere Bible College holds an articulation agreement with Southeastern University. Revere Bible College graduates may transfer credits of their coursework from Revere into SEU. These can then be applied to one of SEU’s numerous fully accredited associates or bachelor’s degrees. Students only need to earn 25% of degree credits from SEU.
What is required for admission?
To qualify for admission the applicant must meet the following admissions requirements:
High school graduate: official high school transcripts must be received prior to acceptance.
Attestation of Protestant Christian faith and agreement to the Revere Student Code of Conduct.
Complete a written essay, per the writing prompt provided.
Professional/teacher recommendation.
What credential can I earn?
Graduates of Revere’s 2-year program will receive a Diploma in Christian Leadership.
Can I transfer to SEU if I choose a certificate track instead of a diploma program?
Students enrolled in the Business or Ministry Tracks are not eligible for seamless transfer to SEU. To pursue transfer opportunities, students may choose to switch to and complete the Diploma Program through Revere. Only the Diploma Program is specifically designed to provide a seamless transfer pathway into one of SEU’s degree programs.
